The company is located on the fishing port of LORIENT, the second French port for tonnage landed, and first on the live scampi. 

The main activity of ARPEGE MAREE is the hand-cut fillets. The fish comes from exclusively small vessels of LORIENT, ROSCOFF and other places from BRETAGNE.

However, we used to buy and ship every day high quality of whole fishes from small boats on the “pan coupé”.
